We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

1. Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of digital products (instant download and access), we generally do not offer refunds on purchases once the file has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective or not as described.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
